Preface

The Heritage Committee gratefully acknowledges the many contributions from our Sorors while preparing the history of Sacramento Alumnae Chapter. We pay a special tribute to Soror Lucille Copeland, who in her many communications to Grand Chapter, initiated the chartering of Delta Theta Chapter which began as a mixed chapter in 1950. In 1973, Delta Theta Chapter was chartered as Sacramento Alumnae Chapter.

The Chapter’s history is presented through activities by decade.
