The purpose of this profile form is for the chapter to know those sorors who would like to conduct an Omega Omega Service and who they want to participate in the service. Once you hit submit, you will be emailed a copy of the form and copies will also be emailed to Sacramento Alumnae Chapter’s Membership Services Chair, and the individual you designate at the bottom of the form.
